Liam and Kirsten wrote the tune together for this one too. It was submitted to a Wizard Rock Compilation charity album a few years ago but we’ve never performed it or put it on one of our own albums. We dusted it off and since Liam is a better pianist now years later and gave it new life.
For those unfamiliar with the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movies- Queenie is the sister of the heroine, and she is a Legilimens. That means she hears people's thoughts. Kirsten was thinking about how that is a curse even though sometimes it might be a blessing. So that’s why this is called Queenie’s Curse, it’s about her hearing everything anyone keeps inside themselves.
